Spine Corrector
The Spine Corrector is restorative and precise — realigning posture, decompressing the spine and building gentle strength. Suitable for every level and a favourite after long desk days.

Restorative, precise and deeply calming — here is what the Spine Corrector gives your body.
Better posture and alignment
The gentle curve of the corrector opens the front of the body and lengthens the spine, teaching it to sit and stand in better alignment. Small, precise cues from your instructor help the right muscles hold you tall, so the change carries well beyond class.
Spinal decompression
Lying back over the arch creates length and space between the vertebrae, easing the compression that builds through a day of sitting. The spine is supported throughout, so decompression feels restorative rather than forced.
Gentle core strengthening
Every movement begins from a calm, connected centre. The corrector lets you build deep abdominal and back strength slowly and safely, without strain — the quiet foundation that keeps your spine supported all day.
Relief from desk-bound tension
If long hours at a desk leave your neck, shoulders and lower back tight, the Spine Corrector is made for you. Slow, supported movement releases held tension and undoes the rounding that sitting encourages — most people leave feeling noticeably lighter.
Greater spinal mobility
The corrector guides your spine gently through its natural range — folding, extending and rotating — restoring movement that stiffens with age and long hours of sitting. Over time a stiff back becomes a supple, mobile one.
Calmer breath and an open chest
Opening across the chest gives your breath more room, and the unhurried pace settles the nervous system. Many describe the Spine Corrector as the calmest class in the studio — restorative for body and mind alike.
The Spine Corrector, explained.
The Spine Corrector is a gently curved bench that follows the natural arch of the spine. You lie back over it and let gravity, breath and slow movement do the work — decompressing the spine, opening the chest and gently releasing the tension that builds through long days at a desk.
In a typical session, you can expect to:
- Decompress and lengthen the spine, creating space between the vertebrae
- Mobilise a stiff back and open a tight chest, undoing hours of sitting
- Build gentle, deep core strength that keeps your posture supported long after class
