Good to know
I've never done Pilates — where do I start?
Start with a Beginner Reformer or a Mat class. Tell your instructor it's your first time and they'll guide you. Your first class is 35 GEL.
What should I bring and wear?
Comfortable, fitted clothing and grippy socks (available at the studio). Bring water — we provide everything else, including towels.
How do class levels work?
Classes are marked Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or All levels. Above your level? You can still book — you'll just see a gentle heads-up.
How do I book a class?
Browse the schedule, pick a class and tap Book. Sign in or create an account, then land back on your class. Book up to 14 days ahead.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel free up to 12 hours before class and your credit returns. Inside 12 hours the credit is used. Studio-cancelled classes always refund.
Packs, monthly or unlimited — which is right?
Occasional? A drop-in or 4-class pack. Twice a week? 8-class or Monthly. Daily? Unlimited, up to two classes a day.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — you can freeze an active pack or membership from 7 days up to 30 days per year. Your expiry date shifts by the length of the freeze.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do. Choose an amount, add a message and we'll email it now or on a date you pick. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and work on any class or membership.
Do you offer prenatal and rehab classes?
Yes. We have instructors certified in pre/postnatal and rehabilitation Pilates. Tell us your stage or any injury when you book and we’ll place you well.
Which languages do you teach in?
Our instructors teach in Georgian, English and Russian. The website and booking are available in all three.
Where are you and where do I park?
We're on Rustaveli Avenue in central Tbilisi. There's street parking nearby and we're a short walk from public transport. See the contact page for the map.
How do I reach a human?
