Cadillac

What you'll gain

Deep, assisted mobility

The Cadillac’s springs and straps carry part of your weight, guiding each joint through a fuller, safer range than you could reach unaided. Movement becomes deeper, slower and more controlled, and the body opens without strain.

Because the work is entirely one-on-one, your instructor guides every repetition, easing tight hips, shoulders and spine towards freer, more confident motion.

Spinal support and traction

Hanging straps and the push-through bar let the spine lengthen and decompress under gentle, supported traction. It is calm, precise work that eases stiffness through the back, shoulders and hips and restores natural range.

Targeted rehabilitation

Because the load is fully adjustable and every session private, the Cadillac is ideal for careful, targeted rehabilitation. Your instructor scales each exercise to where your body is today, rebuilding stability, mobility and confidence at a pace that suits you.

How a Cadillac session works

The Cadillac (trapeze table) is our most versatile apparatus, worked one-on-one. Springs, bars and straps support and challenge the body in equal measure — ideal for deep stability, assisted mobility and rehabilitation.

Springs: Adjustable springs load and support the body from above and below — adding resistance where you are strong and assistance where you need help, so the same exercise can challenge or gently guide.

Bars: The trapeze and push-through bar let you press, pull and articulate the spine through a controlled range, building strength and mobility together.

Straps: Hanging straps support the legs, arms and back for assisted stretches and gentle traction, opening the body with almost no strain on the joints.

Fully personalised session: Every Cadillac class is one instructor and one client. The apparatus is set for your body, your goals and any injuries, so each session is challenging, safe and entirely your own.
