Reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrel, spine corrector and mat — here is what each one is for.

A full-apparatus studio is more than a room of reformers. Each piece was designed to train the same principles — control, precision and breath — from a different angle, so together they cover the whole body.
The reformer builds full-body strength on a moving carriage; the Cadillac supports deep, assisted work one-on-one; the Wunda Chair demands balance in a tiny footprint; the Ladder Barrel opens the spine and shoulders; the Spine Corrector restores posture; and the mat underpins it all with your own body as resistance.
Having every apparatus under one roof means your instructor can meet your body where it is on the day — supporting a stiff back, challenging a strong one, or adapting around an injury or pregnancy.
Curious which apparatus suits you? Your first class is 35 GEL, and you can book it in under a minute.
